We were proud to play a key role in the transformation of a former Barclays Bank into 8 stunning one- and two-bedroom apartments right in the heart of the city. 

Our team completed all ceilings, partitions, and plastering works, helping to breathe new life into this historic building with modern living in mind.

This impressive 24-apartment scheme included the conversion of the original building alongside a new four-storey rear extension, adding 10 contemporary apartments and a commercial unit in the basement. We were responsible for all ceiling and partition works across the development, delivering a high-quality skim finish throughout to meet the project's modern living standards.

14 unit apartment scheme - Period property transformed into modern city centre apartments just a stones throw from Sheffield University. AR was tasked with all ceiling and partition works with skim finish, including full perimeter external wall upgrade with gypliner and thermal board.

Details: 60-bed care home in a West Yorkshire community for a long-standing valued repeat client | 60 rooms plus all staff areas and communal areas, including kitchen, dining areas, a gym, and a cinema room | Plenty of bespoke work on this project with lots of angles and features | ARD Responsible for all Stud partitions, MF and Grid Ceilings, Bulkhead works, Dot and Dab with skim finish throughout.

Stunning building - Was a real pleasure to deliver all the above on this high standard community home. 

Old city centre railway office now 8 stunning self catering holiday lets / Apartments – AR was trusted in helping to restore this age old Georgian Villa on the outskirts of York City Centre – Tasked with all ceilings, partitions, plastering and decoration including both internals and external restoration of the original existing facia and soffit roof detail, all sash windows and entrance/exit doors – High quality product throughout with strict interior design to follow by reputable local interior designer. New wall lining and ceilings to basement at a later date to create a yoga studio and linen storage 

A refurbishment of this existing building to create 5 new residential dwellings with 2 commercial units to the ground floor high street. Works undertaken included new mass barriers throughout to create new compartmentation between floors in the building, all new ceiling, partitions and plastering throughout. 

This new development comprises of 5 new homes being built on a former poultry farm. All boast stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside with high ceilings and large open-plan living areas. Creating 3 x 4 bed units and 2 x 3 bed units - we were tasked with all ceilings, partitions and plastering throughout.

Details: Brunswick Mill is a Grade II Listed 19th Century former textiles mill now entering its new chapter of life as it becomes home to 153 apartments, a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. These beautiful apartments are going to be a perfect blend of historic charm with exposed original brickwork and arched vaulted ceilings X modern high-standard city living.

ARD Responsible for all Ceilings, partitions, skim finishing and decoration. Works progressing rapidly and smoothly. All first fixes are about wrapped up, the 2nd fix is well underway, and plastering is progressing at a great rate with decoration following closely behind! An absolute pleasure to be involved with such an exciting project with such a rich Manchester history.
